TORONTO, Canada – Second Cup Cafe is thrilled to announce the opening of a new location at the Union Station Bus Terminal in the heart of Downtown Toronto. This will be the 181st location for the classic Canadian coffee brand, and the 23rd store offering classic beverages and bites and its new Chocolato dessert menu of soft serve, dips and sundaes.

The 1810 square foot cafe will be accessible from Lake Shore Boulevard West, on the southeast corner of the Union Station Bus Terminal. This new location answers an ongoing demand for GTHA residents looking for a cafe directly inside the bus terminal, particularly for commuters coming in and out of the city for work and play, along with travelers boarding or disembarking from trips to Montreal, Washington, New York, Northern Ontario and more.

Since its first coffee shop opening in 1976, Second Cup has rapidly expanded across Canada. Each Second Cup Café™ location is dedicated to providing high-quality coffee and drinks and food items, as well as creating new, innovative, and signature drinks that go beyond a typical coffee shop menu.

“We are excited to bring Second Cup Café to Toronto Union Station Bus Terminal and share our passion for exceptional coffee with the community,” said Cendrine Lavigne, Marketing Director at Foodtastic. “Our goal is to create a transformative coffee experience, where every sip transports you to a world of flavour and connection. We invite everyone to join us on this exciting journey.”

Beyond beverages, Second Cup’s food menu and partnership with Chocolato will provide GTHA commuters and Ontario travelers with food and sweet treats to complement their drink, making it a one-stop shop to fill multiple cravings for customers on-the-go.

“We are excited to bring our collaboration with Second Cup to the Union Station Bus Terminal as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience,” says Metrolinx CMO, Mark Childs. “The Second Cup Cafe will provide customers with much-desired food and beverage options before their journey on-board begins and en route to their destination or next adventure.”

The beautifully designed cafe will officially open as of August 10, open daily from 7:00am – 10:00pm ET, 7 days a week.
