ULAANBAATAR, Mongolia – Segafredo Zanetti Espresso is proud to be the first Italian coffee shop chain to open in Ulaanbaatar, the capital and largest city of Mongolia. The project was accomplished by Segafredo and its local partner GT Beans.
The new café at Nomin Hypermarket, is located within one of the newest residential areas of the city.
Ulaanbaatar is the main industrial center of Mongolia and has experienced a rapid urbanization and population growth over the last decades, which has transformed it to a vibrant center.
The coffee shop has rapidly become a meeting point, especially for young people, as they are growing their interest towards the Italian culture.
The most popular specialties are espresso, cafelatte, cappuccino as well as cold drinks and iced tea or granita. The menu offers also a wide selection of sandwiches and pastries.
