Thanks to the 43 patents registered in Europe and the US, Senzani offers turnkey solutions to handle the entire packaging process of capsules as DolceGusto, Nespresso, K-Cup, A modo mio, from cartoning and case packing to palletizing.
The two crown jewels offering high performances in terms of guaranteed capsules number are CM/CMX series and TP series.
CM series processes up to 70 pre-glued cartons and 1200 capsules per minute, the CMX series handles up to 150 cartons and 2400 capsules per minute.
These machines offer advanced quality control, ensure that the content is 100% compliant with the requirements and avoids carton rejection in case of machine stop.
The strong point is the insertion of random capsules in the carton and the creation of multi-flavor mixes, for example combining milk and coffee capsules or different coffee blends.
The perfect carton squareness and the possibility to print on all 6 surfaces of the box complete the range of advantages of such series.
TP series handles up to 62 cartons from flat blank and 670 capsules per minute, the carton filling respects the customer’s requirements in terms of both configuration and capsules selection.
The footprint is compact, one single operator can easily manage the machine to handle self-protected capsules as well. The cartons are formed from flat blanks, the TP perfectly shapes them and the cartons can be printed on the 6 sides, with a subsequent reduction in packaging costs.
Each machine is custom-engineered to match the target-production. The modern Technical Department and the continuous investment in research and development ensure a great flexibility, making Senzani Brevetti a leader in the cartoning sector.
