FAENZA, Italy – While getting ready for Host Milan, the exhibition taking place from October 18th to 22nd at Fiera di Milano, where Senzani Brevetti will present the new solutions for coffee capsules packaging (Hall 22, Stand S03), the company widens the range of proposals in this sector.
The most recent creature born in Faenza (Ravenna, Italy) plant is TP30, a cartoning machine for Nespresso compatible capsules to pack the products in tube carton of 10 alternated pieces in single row. The strong point of this machine, highly demanded, is the compact footprint: small dimensions that make it perfectly suitable for reduced spaces.
TP30 can be fed by centrifugal unscramblers, which organize the capsules to provide them already alternated. The machine is a “stand alone” and doesn’t need to be integrated in a production line, coffee makers can freely decide to place it in any area of the plant.
This solution was engineered and produced to be part of an important Spanish coffeemaker production line, dedicated to the compostable coffee capsules, a further confirmation of how Senzani cares about sustainability.
Many solutions were in fact manufactured by the company to allow the reduction of plastics in packaging solutions and to supply paper and cardboard alternatives. TP30 can produce up to 30 cartons per minute from flat blank, saving the customer’s costs and necessary room for storage.
