Through the attendance at Shanghai exhibition HOTELEX – from March 29 to April 1st -, Simone Dessi starts an enthusiastic experience as trainer and official ambassador of Galleria CaffèSi in China.
The Milan coffee brand, specialized in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, has organized, together with its authorized distributor WESTERN COFFEE, a road show that will travel through the most important Chinese cities.
The goal of this initiative is to present the brand and its relevant blends to more than 1.500 Chinese experts, interested into a brand that is expression of the Made in Italy, but in particular of its Milan origins; origins that reflect themselves in the new pack design of the different blends and in the renewed logo, arising from the famous vault of Milan Gallery.
Galleria CaffèSi has been present in China for some years already, obtains an intense interest not only due to the quality of the blends, but also for the connection to Milan city, where in the first 80ies the Gallery bars have been started to be served.
The kick off will be the 4 day performance at Shanghai exhibition, where Simone will present a sensorial path to all visitors of WESTERN COFFEE booth, in order to appreciate Corallo, Perla, Diamante & Artè blends and he will lead some demos of milk art – learning much appreciated by Chinese people – through different patterns, some of them developed for the Chinese tour.
The road show will go on in other 12 cities to end in Beijing on April 23rd. “The Ambassador definition adjust at the best to the leaders of this initiative” says Paolo Torri, Sales & Marketing Director of Gimoka Group; “CaffèSi Gallery, together with Simone, will be the ambassadors of the Italian art of coffee roasting and espresso, made by know how, experience, manual skill, service and courtesy” goes on P. Torri.
“I had the chance to appreciate the blends of CaffèSi Gallery some time ago, thanks to some Italian barmen friends who came and visited me in London where I work” says Simone Dessi.
“In my opinion it will be interesting to find out what are the sensorial preferences of the Chinese market: whether Corallo syrupy richness will be appreciated, or the balance of Diamante blend that has a mild sourness with a medium richness rather than the typical sourness of the Arabic blend offered by ARTE’“, declares Simone Dessi, during a break of the training held recently in CaffèSi Gallery in Trezzano for some Italian Customers.
Simone Dessi – authorised SCAE trainer with more than 10 years of experience in Italy and in Uk, as barman bartender and guide – will cooperate with WESTERN COFFEE – HONG DA ZHENG PIN, exclusive distributor in China of CaffèSi Gallery with headquarter in Beijing and branches in more than 12 main districts of the Asian country.
Galleria CaffèSi is part of Gruppo Gimoka.
