BELFORTE DEL CHIENTI, Italy – From 18 to 22 January, Simonelli Group will be exhibiting at SIGEP (Hall B1, Stand 154), showcasing the latest innovations from its Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino brands. The event will feature a range of new products and solutions for coffee chains, roasters, hotels, pastry shops and restaurants.
Nuova Simonelli, the global brand recognised for its advanced and user-friendly professional espresso machines, will present the NUOVA Aurelia, featuring its innovative E-Milk technology.
E-Milk automates the workflow, enabling anybody to easily prepare high-quality milk-based beverages with speed and minimal waste. At SIGEP, the Volumetric XT version of NUOVA Aurelia will be showcased, available in 3 and 4-group configurations with a touchscreen display, ensuring high productivity and excellent extraction quality.
The NUOVA Aurelia Volumetric XT is a single-boiler espresso machine equipped with 5 dispensing buttons per group, designed to improve beverage consistency, performance, workflow and ease of maintenance. E-Milk technology allows for automatic milk frothing with up to nine customisable recipes, requiring only the press of a button to achieve perfect cream foam. The machine’s energy management program contributes to improved environmental and economic sustainability.
The Nuova Simonelli stand will also feature the Appia Life XT, an espresso machine designed for establishments with moderate productivity needs but which require advanced functions. In addition to ensuring consistent beverage quality with its PID controller, Appia Life electronically manages energy consumption and all performance criteria, including dispensing time, Easycream milk foam temperature, temperature control, boiler pressure control and remote-control performance measurements. Throughout the exhibition, the Appia Life XT will be used to prepare a variety of beverages using coffee from leading Italian and international roasters.
Victoria Arduino, leading Italian manufacturer of high-performance espresso machines with distinctive designs, will offer a tasting experience showcasing specialty coffees extracted using two innovative technologies of the Black Eagle Maverick espresso machine, combining high performance with sustainability.
The Black Eagle Maverick, Victoria Arduino’s flagship espresso machine, provides complete control over temperature, infusion and steam through its innovative T3 Genius, PBtech, and Advanced Steam-by-Wire technologies. To complement the Black Eagle Maverick and achieve optimal results in the cup, there is the Mythos professional grinder.
Designed specifically for the specialty coffee world by coffee specialists, the Victoria Arduino Mythos delivers exceptional grinding quality through its Clima Pro and Gravitech technologies, all encapsulated in a unique and distinctive design. At SIGEP, Eagle Tempo, a professional espresso machine designed for cafes, restaurants, roasters, chains, pastry shops, and bakeries, will also be presented.
Eagle Tempo boasts a recognisable design and high production capacity, incorporating NEO (New Engine Optimization) technology to deliver excellent coffee while optimising energy consumption and minimising waste.
For nearly two years now, coffee shops have been evolving into hubs of creativity and storytelling, driven by the growing demand from younger generations for low or no-alcohol cocktails crafted with natural, healthy and sustainable ingredients such as coffee, tea and aromatic herbs.
To cater to this emerging trend, Victoria Arduino has introduced the PureBrew+, a single brewer capable of automatically preparing PureBrewCoffee, a filter coffee with a distinctive flavour profile. PureBrew+ offers a unique beverage experience, seamlessly blending premium quality with innovative brewing technology.
Users can personalise each brew by adjusting parameters such as dose, volume and temperature, and by selecting from various water pulse profiles (light, medium, and dark) to fine-tune the sensory experience. PureBrew+ can extract high-quality coffee, tea, and infusions in less than three minutes, ensuring consistent and repeatable results.
At Sigep (Hall B1, Stand 154), visitors can participate in a series of tasting experiences featuring PureBrew+ in collaboration with leading coffee, tea and beverage brands. PureBrew+ offers exceptional versatility, enabling the extraction of coffee, tea and infusions without the risk of cross-contamination. The brewer can store up to 12 recipes for coffee, tea, and infusions, ensuring speed, automation, and the ability to personalise beverages up to 500 ml.
At SIGEP, Simonelli Group will also officially launch the new edition of Youth Academy Italia, a training program that offers scholarships to six young people aged 18 to 30.
