NEW YORK CITY, USA – Slayer will be the official sponsor of the Coffee Masters tournament at this year’s New York Coffee Festival in NYC. The official machine of the competition will be Slayer’s own barista dream machine, the Steam LP. During the tournament, some of the world’s top baristas will be able to harness the tools of pressure profiling with quick adjustment and calibration, along with the ability to “record” and “play back” recipes, to carry them through this high energy competition.
Slayer will have a booth adjacent to the competition stage, Booth A19. Guests can come experience the Steam LP up close, have a chance to taste coffee from the Coffee Masters competitors, and talk shop with Slayer’s team.
Coffee from Black Fox Coffee Co., Nguyen Coffee Supply, and Coffee Project NY will be featured at the Slayer booth. While in New York, Slayer espresso machines can be found across the city at % Arabica (20 Old Fulton St, Brooklyn), Drip Coffee Makers (100 Henry Street, Brooklyn Clark Street Station), Buddies Coffee (150 Grand Street, Brooklyn), and East One Coffee (170 W 23rd, NYC + 384 Court St, Brooklyn).

NYC Coffee Masters is the fast-paced, multi-discipline global barista tournament which has taken place annually at The London, New York, and Los Angeles Coffee Festivals since 2015.
Judged by a panel of industry figureheads, the fast-paced knockout battle format of Coffee Masters sees 12 baristas showcase their skills head-to-head across a broad range of disciplines.
The disciplines are: the cupping, the brewing, the origin, the latte art, the order and the signature drink, with the Espresso Blend being included for those who successfully made it to the Coffee Masters semi-finals.
The New York Coffee Festival 2022 will still see Slayer as the machine of choice for Coffee Masters.
