NEW ORLEANS, US – Taking place in New Orleans from September 30 – October 3, the Specialty Coffee Expo features hundreds of exhibitors showcasing their most innovative products and services competing for the show’s Best New Product and Coffee Design Awards as well as home brewers of the Certified Home Brewers Program. On the Expo show floor, visitors can network with professionals from across the industry, including producers, importers, and baristas at the Discover Expo event, and meet coffee roasters from around the globe in the Roaster Village & Market.

Those seeking educational experiences will find dozens of lectures by industry experts from around the world as well as workshops and courses from the SCA’s educational programs, covering a wide array of topics of interest to coffee professionals.

COVID-19 Entry Requirements

Please take a minute to read our updated entry policy for all 2021 Specialty Coffee Expo exhibitors and attendees.

  1. Advanced Registration Only
    All visitors must register online in advance. Ticket holders will collect their Expo badges on site at the venue. Please note that the venue is cash free and only electronic payments will be accepted at Expo.
  2. Negative Tests Required
    All attendees—including those who are fully vaccinated—must present a negative PCR COVID-19 test valid within 72 hours of badge pick up to enter the venue. Prior to arrival in New Orleans, any PCR test from your local provider will be acceptable, and should you require a test during your stay in New Orleans please see the City of New Orleans COVID-19 website to find a list of approved testing sites: https://ready.nola.gov/incident/coronavirus/testing/
  3. Masks Required
    In accordance with the City of New Orleans COVID-19 guidelines, masks are required for the duration of the time inside the venue. You may remove your mask when drinking or eating, but please be sure to keep your mask on before and after consumption.

Please note that the venue will be requiring proof of negative PCR test or proof of vaccination every time you enter the venue. Simply attach your documentation to your Expo badge and show it at the entrance to the venue.
