HAMBURG, Germany – The deadline for entries for the INTERNORGA Future Award is 15 January 2017. Innovative companies can take the opportunity now and submit their entry for the seventh Future Award, for a chance to win the prestigious industry prize. A company can either nominate itself for the Award or propose another company.
Exhibitors at INTERNORGA can enter in the Trendsetter Product category, and visitors can enter in the Trendsetter Company category. The judges will select three finalists from all submissions, and the winner will be announced at the festive opening gala on the evening before the start of INTERNORGA in Hamburg.
The INTERNORGA Future Award is one of the most important honours in the industry, and is presented in four categories. Since 2011 it has honoured products, services and strategies which show commitment for sustainability and sound environmental qualities of products, services and strategies.
Four Award categories
Entries for the INTERNORGA Future Award can be made in four categories: Trendsetter Company – HORECA for companies in the hotel and restaurant, catering and institutional catering sectors to demonstrate how they combine business efficiency with sustainable management.
Awards for products are given in the categories Trendsetter Product – Food & Beverages and Trendsetter Product – Fittings & Equipment, giving recognition to sustainability through innovation, sound environmental management, resource saving, efficiency, quality or functionality.
Trendsetter Company – Artisan honours craft companies such as butchers or bakers that show how traditional manufacturing processes can be combined with innovative technologies and sustainable management.
