STUTTGART, Germany – For the third time the “Stuttgart Coffee Summit” is taking place during the INTERGASTRA 2016 (20th to 24th of February, 2016), after the success of the first roaster village at the Intergastra 2012 and the roaster village in 2014. The goal of this event is to provide an opportunity to small and micro roasters to present themselves to the hotel and catering industry and to meet the increased interest in the coffee market.
The “Stuttgart Coffee Summit” wants to represent the entire “bean-to-cup” process as well as each step of the value chain.
From green coffee to roasting, packaging, up to the various preparation methods each step during the preparation of a cup of coffee can be experienced directly.
The “Stuttgart Coffee Summit” would like to create a place of exchange and dialogue between the catering/hotel industry and those involved in the coffee sector.
The aim is to identify new ways for hoteliers and caterers, to realise more sales and profits with coffee, at a time when more and more individual solutions are in demand. The large field of specialists present allows every catering establishment type to find a matching coffee concept.
In the context of the various subject areas, it is possible to get individual answers to questions as well as innovative and creative impulses.
