Sucafina acquires control of TB Brown Instant Coffee

GENEVA, Switzerland – Sucafina, a leading sustainable Farm to Roaster coffee company, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in TB Brown Instant Coffee BV. Founded in 2004, TB Brown develops, sources, blends, and packs private label instant coffee products for B2B customers in different sectors such as industry, vending, and retail.

With locations in Den Dungen, Netherlands, and Budapest, Hungary, TB Brown reaches customers all over Europe with a wide range of instant coffee and packing solutions.

The new partnership will provide added value for the customers of Sucafina and TB Brown by blending global experience with regional know-how.

Sucafina is an established global supplier of instant coffee with extensive supply chains, comprehensive expertise, and access to a wide range of green and instant coffees. TB Brown brings a unique understanding of blending and packing, as well as close relationships with its local customers.

The companies have been working together to integrate and assimilate the TB Brown business model into the current Sucafina instant coffee global team.
