TURIN, Italy – From January 18 to 22, 2025, SIGEP in Rimini will be the stage where Turin’s innovation takes center stage with two cutting-edge projects: Clean Air, developed by Airind Srl, and Vibrem, an exclusive technology by Sweet Coffee Italia. These projects offer innovative solutions for treating exhaust fluids and cooling roasted seeds, providing sustainable and efficient answers to the needs of modern industries.

Airind Srl, born from the collaboration between Sweet Coffee Italia and TCR Impianti, combines complementary expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions for heating exhaust fluids, while Sweet Coffee Italia continues to innovate with exclusive projects like Vibrem, designed to improve cooling efficiency in the processing of food products.

Clean Air: ecological heating for exhaust fluids

The Clean Air project by Airind Srl introduces an electromagnetic induction heating system that completely eliminates the use of gas or combustion, offering an ecological and efficient solution for treating exhaust fluids intended for catalytic filtration.

• Advanced technology: Through electromagnetic induction, the fluid is heated quickly and uniformly, optimizing purification processes.

• Greater efficiency: The system drastically reduces heat loss and energy consumption compared to traditional methods, ensuring optimal heating with minimal impact.

• Operational safety: The design ensures a safe working environment, reducing risks for operators.

• Intelligent temperature control: An advanced system automatically adjusts the required power, optimizing heating and improving overall efficiency.

• Modularity and scalability: Designed to adapt to large industrial plants, Aria Pulita avoids oversizing, optimizing space and energy use.

Aria Pulita represents a sustainable and technologically advanced solution for industries aiming to reduce their environmental impact and improve energy efficiency.
Vibrem: innovative cooling for roasted seeds.

Exclusively developed by Sweet Coffee Italia, Vibrem stands out for its use of electromagnetic vibration, enabling rapid and uniform cooling of roasted seeds such as coffee, cocoa, and nuts while preserving product quality.

• Efficient cooling: The vibration evenly suspends the seeds, allowing for homogeneous and quick cooling, improving the aesthetic and physical quality of the product.

• Easy integration: Compatible with existing machines and systems, Vibrem does not require structural modifications, reducing costs and production downtime.

• Low maintenance costs: The absence of complex moving parts minimizes wear and the need for maintenance, lowering operational costs.

• Adaptability and modularity: The flexible design fits systems of all sizes, optimizing space usage and ensuring uncompromised thermal efficiency.

• Sustainability and compactness: Vibrem uses low-energy technology, reducing consumption and environmental impact, all in a compact design that integrates seamlessly into limited production spaces.

Note: We do not show images of the Clean Air and Vibrem lines as they will be premiered at Sigep Rimini 2025 (18-22 January).

A sustainable future for the industry

With Clean Air and Vibrem, Sweet Coffee Italia and Airind Srl demonstrate their commitment to technological innovation and environmental sustainability, offering solutions that improve production efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

Sweet Coffee Italia, always dedicated to promoting more sustainable production, will be present at SIGEP 2025 with two distinct spaces, offering visitors a comprehensive and diverse experience.

On the one hand, Sweet Coffee Italia will be at Hall D1, Stand 110, focusing on its most advanced technological projects, such as: Gemma 120IND, the Vibrem and Clean Air lines, providing insights into how these solutions can revolutionize production processes by combining efficiency and sustainability.

On the other hand, it will play a leading role in the Sustainability District, located in Hall B1, an area dedicated to virtuous practices in the coffee and cocoa supply chains. Here, Sweet Coffee Italia will offer practical demonstrations of its electromagnetic induction roasting technology, showcasing the versatility of its systems in processing not only coffee but also seeds such as cocoa, hazelnuts, and carob. These processes will be presented within the Micro Roaster Village, where visitors can discover innovative technologies for high-quality, environmentally friendly production.

Discover Sweet Coffee Italia’s commitment to a greener and more technological future at the Sustainability District and Hall D1, Stand 110, to see how innovation can transform the food industry.
