This year the company will present an absolute novelty: the presentation of three revolutionary projects that will redefine the standards of sustainability and efficiency in the roasting sector.
Gemma 120IND
The first roaster in history capable of roasting 120 kg of product using only electricity (as you see above). This innovative system uses electromagnetic induction technology to heat the drum, completely eliminating the use of fossil fuels. A real breakthrough for sustainability and production efficiency.
Electromagnetic vibration cooler
An innovative solution for cooling roasting cycles, designed to be scalable to different production sizes. This machine solves the currently known problems of traditional cooling systems.
Catalytic purifier
A new fume abatement system that operates through an advanced inductive electrical system, eliminating the need for gas fuels. It is a clean and sustainable solution designed to reduce the environmental impact of roasting processes.
