HAMBURG, Germany – With the H20, Tchibo Coffee Service is launching a new, innovative water dispenser under the brand AQUAHUB. The new addition combines state-of-the-art filter technology with a compact design, setting new standards in terms of convenience, efficiency and sustainability in the workplace.
The new H20 is characterized by its integrated water filter, which continuously delivers high water quality and is also space-saving. The extended dispensing height of 32 centimeters makes it easy to fill even larger containers, which significantly increases user convenience and makes everyday office life easier.
Convincing advantages at a glance
The AQUAHUB water dispenser offers numerous advantages:
- Space-saving design: the compact design allows flexible integration into any kitchen or office environment, with the water filter even being integrated into the device in the new H20.
- Significant cost savings: By eliminating the need to buy and deliver bottles, running costs are significantly reduced – this can be worthwhile from as little as ten litres per day.
- Maximum time saving: No need to carry and store water bottles – fresh water is always available at the touch of a button.
- Sustainability benefits: Using the AQUAHUB actively contributes to reducing plastic waste.
Superior alternative to reusable and disposable bottles
Compared to conventional bottle systems, AQUAHUB eliminates the entire cycle from purchase to storage and disposal of bottles. This not only protects the environment, but also minimizes the logistical effort considerably. The integrated water filter also guarantees consistently high-water-quality, which is not always guaranteed with bottled water.
Impressive environmental balance
According to the German environmental organisation Deutsche Umwelthilfe, around 16.4 billion disposable plastic bottles are used in Germany every year – that’s 200 per person per year. Using an AQUHAHUB water dispenser has a significant environmental impact:
- An average office with 50 employees saves up to 10,000 single-use plastic bottles per year.
- By eliminating the production and transport of plastic bottles, the CO₂ savings amount to up to 1,500 kilograms per year.
- Up to 250 kilograms of plastic waste can be avoided per appliance every year – a significant contribution to waste reduction.
