TRIESTE, Italy — “ Meet the expert ” is one of the side events of TriestEspresso Expo 2018. Organised together with Gruppo Italiano Torrefattori Caffè and food consultancy company MV Consulting, the event aims to support entrepreneurs and coffee experts.
During the three days of the event, visitors or exhibitors can book a meeting with an expert of MV Consulting to discuss about several important topics, such as food safety, food contamination, ochratoxin, acrylamide or pest control issues.
All technical meetings – which will be held in Hall 30 at stand 53 – will be customised and free and will last about 20-30 minutes.
To take part to the technical meeting, please book the service – by Friday 12th October –, i.e. send an email indicating the chosen topic and with the subject line “Meet the expert – booking” to the adress events@triestespresso.com.
There is time until October 14th to take part in the Fipe contest “Dai sapore al tuo caffè”
Time is running out – i.e. until October 14th – to take part in the contest “Dai Sapore al tuo Caffè”, organized by Fipe – the Italian Federation of Retail and Catering Businesses, together with TriestEspresso Expo.
The contest aims to deliver a beloved trend: seasoning coffee with spices. In other words, giving anyone – experts and amateurs alike – the chance to create a spiced espresso with a new and innovative taste.
Taking part in the contest is completely free: all you have to do is accept the regulations. The award ceremony will take place on Saturday 27th October, during the event “Triestespresso Expo” at the Fipe stand.
So, who can participate?
All public business operators, provided they fill in completely the registration form by October 14th. You can find the form on the Fipe website. Participants must also attach a JPG picture of max 5Mb (other formats are not allowed) and write a short sentence describing its message.
(Example: the picture of a spiced espresso or served, with a sweet or a spiced chocolate, in a special cup, perhaps with a logo. The picture must be followed by a sentence explaining its meaning, such as “a sweet break with a special cup of coffee”)
