Ten Peaks Coffee announces retirement of CFO Sherry Tryssenaar

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Canada — Ten Peaks Coffee Company Inc. (“Ten Peaks” or the “Company”) today announced that Sherry Tryssenaar, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, is retiring effective May 31, 2018.

Ms. Tryssenaar joined Ten Peaks’ predecessor entity, Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Income Fund, as Chief Financial Officer in March 2009.

Throughout her tenure, Ms. Tryssenaar has been a key contributor to the development and execution of the Company’s strategic plans.

In 2011, Ms. Tryssenaar was recognized as BC’s CFO of the Year in the Small Public Company Category by Business in Vancouver.

“The last 9 years have been some of the most rewarding years of my career,” said Ms. Tryssenaar. “I have been privileged to work with incredibly talented people across the Company, who together are dedicated to providing amazing coffees without caffeine and exceptional customer service. As I embark on a new phase of my life, I am confident that the Company will continue to grow and thrive.”

“Sherry has provided our organization great financial leadership, solid strategic insight and capital markets management that has enabled us to realize our growth objectives,” said Frank Dennis, President and CEO.

“The business has benefitted significantly from her contributions over the last almost decade.”

The Company is commencing a search to fill the CFO role.
