The 2015 Milano Franchising Fair, being held from 23 to 26 October at Fiera Milano Rho, will have a particular focus on the Italian food industry, on the internationalisation of Italian brands and on the future of retail.
These are the main points that bring together the Milano Franchising Fair and Host as a twin team in 2015.
Located just a stone’s throw from one another, they both open their doors on 23 October and it will be possible to visit both with just a ticket for the Milano Franchising Fair.
Over 200 Italian firms will be exhibiting at the 2015 Milano Franchising Fair – 60 of them operating in the catering business – bringing confirmation of the trend towards food being the driving force in franchising.
Catering concerns such as Rossopomodoro, Condorelli, Caffè Vergnano, Giovanni Rana Ristoranti and Illy will all be represented as well as innovative fast-food and street-food formats, Capatoast and Crusco’s and the organic supermarket chain NaturaSì.
Alongside the stands devoted to food, there will also be many firms that provide services and products for the hospitality sector.
The Milan Franchising Fair will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in style in Hall 16 at Fiera Milano Rho, next to Expo 2015, where it will welcome aspiring franchisees, traders, invests, managers, retailers and those involved in the industry at an international level.
