TRIESTE, Italy – The requests to become part of the dense network of Made in Italy brands which have decided to support the culture of coffee with the experts’ book, The Coffee Experts, and thus entering an important showcase in the Italian market and abroad, keep coming in. Among the numerous benefits deriving from supporting this publishing project, it’s important to emphasise that the book will be issued in the usual bilingual format, something that has already allowed Bazzara Communication to have the first four books of The Coffee Saga by the Bazzara Bros read all over the world.
The volumes are given as gifts by sponsors or sold to the best customers of every participating entity (coffee roasters, baristas, coffee enthusiasts, etc…), or even sold at the most important coffee fairs and events, by Academies and e-shops all over the world. These books have moreover been handed over as a prize to the Champions of international coffee competitions on the podiums of fairs such as Sigep, HOST and Triestespresso Expo.
Andrea Bazzara, co-author of the book together with his brother Marco, recalls the most classic of the statements that the Bazzara team hears all over Italy and abroad: “The Bazzara, those of the books …”.
“Our core business is coffee”, states the Sales Export Manager, “but our verve in spreading the culture of high-quality coffee all over the world has gifted us with the pleasant surprise of being defined, for example, as the enzyme that is putting together the world of coffee, to quote Professor Luigi Odello, President of the Tasters Studies Centre; or the reputation of great communicators who have integrated passion and culture, as Luigi Morello from Cimbali has defined us.
“When it comes to coffee, we cannot fail to mention the Bazzara brothers”: Francesco Sanapo of Ditta Artigianale honoured us with these words. And, to conclude, it has been our drive to spread the culture of high-quality coffee that has allowed the creation of this circle of knowledge, skills and professionalism, as well as several friendships, which have been integrated successfully within the Italian coffee sector, as evidenced by our event Trieste Coffee Experts, which in 2021 turns into the book of the same name.
“Initially the project of the book counted approximately 500 pages,” explains Andrea Bazzara, “but, since during its writing new notions and topics emerged that could not be left out (themes such as Sustainability, Industry 4.0 and “Coffee and Health”) the book has now reached over 600 pages and is receiving even more support than before. Even in these days, companies such as Alkaff, IMA Petroncini, Elektra, Rancilio and Dalla Corte, have decided to participate in the project with greater commitment and visibility.”
Andrea continues: “I therefore thank in advance all of the organisations that have supported us in this project. I also want to underline that the book will be eco-friendly, that is, produced with recycled paper. Bazzara has started journeying towards corporate sustainability already a couple of years ago.”
“Whether we take small or big steps, it’s essential to find new ways of helping the environment thanks to new technologies; for instance, innovation allows trainers to teach many courses at a distance, without necessarily resorting to the old style learning systems. Even a single step can be useful for sustainability. As for the book I am creating together with my brother, we wanted to leave a small mark in the memory of the high-quality coffee culture, because the black elixir deserves this and much more,” concludes Marco Bazzara.
