SIERRE, Switzerland – Eversys S.A. has acquired the 49% of the shares in Eversys UK Limited previously held by the local management. This step was already planned when Eversys acquired the 51% in 2019 and has now been completed to the best satisfaction of all parties.
The selling management team will remain on board and in charge with Deryck Gaffney as Managing Director.

Today, the approximately 50 employees of Eversys UK and its subsidiary in Ireland are responsible for the sales and service of Eversys coffee machines in their market.
