HAMBURG, Germany – Innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurial courage – these are all topics that are important for the future of the foodservice and hospitality market. That is why Internorga not only honours them, but also actively supports their promotion. The Internorga Future Prize is regarded nationally and internationally as one of the most important awards in the foodservice and hospitality market. It will be presented live on the Internorga Open Stage on March 8 at 10:30 a.m.

Internorga Future Prize for responsible entrepreneurship

Clever ideas and outstanding commitment are called for in the competition for the Internorga Future Prize. Since 2011, the leading trade fair has honoured companies that define new standards with particular courage and outstanding commitment and act as a driving force for a future-oriented foodservice and hospitality market.

The concepts and solutions of the winners are always characterised by high efficiency, responsible entrepreneurship and exemplary sustainability strategies. New standards for a sustainable foodservice and hospitality market are thus being set in a variety of ways. The prize is considered one of the most important national awards in the foodservice and hospitality market.

The winner of this year’s Industry award will be decided by an expert jury consisting of, among others, trend researcher Hanni Rützler, scientist Dr J. Daniel Dahm, engineer Carl-Otto Gensch and nutritionist Rainer Roehl.

It is already clear that the decision will not be easy for them this time either. “We received a record-breaking number of applications this year. They included quite a few good concepts and particularly diverse products. The special sensory qualities made the choice of nominees particularly difficult this year,” says Hanni Rützler.
