Melbourne-based Kaffeina Group reaches agreement to take over control of The Little Guy espresso machines

MELBOURNE, Australia – The Kaffeina Group has reached an agreement to take over the total control of The Little Guy espresso machines. The Kaffeina Group, founded in 2012 and based in Melbourne, is an artisan coffee roaster with a broad manufacturing capability.

Their brands include 36th Parallel Coffee Roasters, bespoke coffee roasting under the UBLEND brand, and now the little guy espresso maker.

The Little Guy is a tool for separating the key flavour and textural elements from ground coffee, perfectly. The quality of the espresso shots are equal to the best in the world, from any machine in the world, commercial machines included.

Kaffeina Group is very concerned about the environment. They have an ethos of sustainability through the following initiatives:

  • Source only sustainable green coffee with fair prices form the grower;
  • Limit out manufacturing carbon footprint using sustainable energy and recycling waste products such as the skins of the green beans;
  • Using recyclable and compostable packaging where possible;
  • Plant trees through their partners at onetreeplanted.org for every carton of coffee sold.
