The newly formed BWT USA organization, with greater manpower and local service, supports customers in USA, Canada and Mexico directly through its headquarters in Greensboro, NC.
People are not the only new introduction that the team has made – BWT water+more has also brought in new products to complete the full range of systems and provide complete service to all the water filtration needs of the coffee industry.
Among these new products are the new range of Besttaste 10-25-20 cartridges with active carbon technology and greater range of capacity from 10.000 to 60.000 liters.
Also, for the first time ever in the US, the BWT team recreated on its booth the well-known “Stage of Champions” – the setup of the official equipment for the World Barista Championships of which BWT water+more is sponsor.
Machine (Tempesta), grinder (Victoria Arduino), and optimized water (BWT), that the “best of the best” Barista are using in their competitions.
This element allowed the brand USA team to introduce customers to the highly advanced osmosis system BESTAQUA 14 ROC COFFEE.
This system contains a very special remineralization process using BWT’s patented formula with magnesium.
Magnesium technology is an element that Boram Um – 2023 World Barista Champion – knows very well.
After his win in Athens in 2023, Boram joined the BWT water+more as BWT Water Brand Ambassador and was together with team on the booth in Chicago to discuss with customers his perception of this important mineral and how it has impacted his activities as farmer, roaster and more importantly as barista that reached the top spot in the world competition.
