Tomoyo Ueno, the Siphon World Champion of 2014, will be the special guest of Simonelli & Friends, the annual travelling event organized by Nuova Simonelli.
Part of the quality team at UCC Foodservice Systems Inc., the career of Tomoyo Ueno began as shop manager in Tokyo and Kobe in 2013 and then she won second place at the UCC Siphon Coffee Masters in 2013 and in 2014 the national title and the Siphon World Championship.
