An invitation from the best coffee community in the world “bounces” between Toronto and Montreal, where two dc Lofts are about to open. It is a new goal for Dalla Corte North America (formed by Dalla Corte ECS USA and Dalla Corte ECS Canada) and for its relentless managers Skip Finley and Sevan Istanboulian, who have worked hard to achieve it.
Tom Rolleri has also joined them, making the team even more dynamic.
“We are going to take Dalla Corte’s philosophy to Canada” asserts Sevan. “Each Loft is equipped with a lab where people can learn and share their knowledge about each element of different coffee extraction methods, from the water to the different technologies and equipment in use.
The Lofts will be open to any coffee professional who wishes to share an actual ‘way of living’ based on the motto ‘Live / Learn / Share’”.
There is more to these inaugurations than meeting and celebrating – in fact, they are occasions for people to study and look at coffee issues in detail, and to taste the outstanding organic Orang Utan Coffee from Sumatra.
The schedule of events is the following:
– dc loft in Toronto (Ontario) – 130 Industry Street, Unit 21
Inauguration on November 19th and 20th, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Dalla Corte’s systems and technologies will be presented, along with DC Tec technical service centre and DC Lab, and the whole range of Dalla Corte espresso machines and coffee grinders will be showcased. Coffee in Good Spirits 2013 World Champion Victor Delpierre will provide HoReCa professionals with the best coffee-mixing practices. Visitors will also have the chance to meet the dc coffee pro Fabrizio Sención Ramírez, second place at WBC 2012; a workshop on “Coffee Knowledge and Passion” will take place during the event;
Three CIGS workshop sessions with Victor Delpierre are also scheduled on Saturday, November 21st, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Inauguration on November 25th and 26th, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Latte Art 2010 World Champion Haruna Murayama (on the 25th only), Victor Delpierre and Fabrizio Sención Ramírez will be performing some latte art demonstrations. Participants will have the chance to test the functionality of Dalla Corte machines; a workshop on “Coffee Knowledge and Passion” will take place during the event;
A workshop with Fabrizio and Victor is also scheduled on November, 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
