The Cimbali Group – leader in the design and creation of professional coffee machines, fresh milk beverages, instant beverages, and tools dedicated to the coffee production – will attend the 8th edition of TriestEspresso Expo, the leading international B2B exposition dedicated to espresso coffee hosted in Trieste, October 20-22.
At the Gruppo Cimbali’s booth (Hall 28 – n° 36), eight traditional and superautomatic coffee machines branded LaCimbali and FAEMA – among which the E71, the innovative model FAEMA thought of for the international baristas community and coffee lovers – will be exposed.
The most important event in Trieste marks the return of the E71 in Italy after the official launch at the World of Coffee of Dublin in June and a world tour that already hit Beijing, Toronto, Poznan, Chengdu and Tokyo.
After Trieste, the world tour will reach Istanbul, Salzburg, Paris, Dubai, Seoul, and Guangzhou.
Moreover, at the TriestEspresso Expo the public will be able to try the distinctive characteristics of the latest arrival in the FAEMA family, for the first time in Italy, such as the possibility to work both with a manual lever and a touchscreen system (absolute news in the field of professional espresso machines).
The machine will also allow to set different infusion and coffee brewing cycles.
Among the other models exposed, LaCimbali M100i Coffee Milk Intelligence has an innovative integrated system machine-grinder that guides the barista step by step in the preparation of the coffee.
Furthermore, also exposed LaCimbali S30 Perfect Touch, the new superautomatic with a bi-directional Wi-Fi system enabling consumption data analysis, software updates, recipe changes and screen image personalization.
The Cimbali Group will be at the TriestEspresso Expo also with some educational initiatives on LaCimbali M100i e FAEMA E71, curated by the MUMAC Academy – the Academy of the Coffee Machine of the Group, where education takes place and where coffee lovers and professionals can meet.
