SALERNO, Italy – A particular attention is focused on the industry news on one hand and a strong desire to confirm its own history on the other. A brand which not only represents a family, but also tell us about the unmistakable coffee aroma like no other can, a flavor recognized as a ritual cyclically repeated for generations.
Thanks to the combination between tradition and innovation, Trucillo is ready to participate to the most important fairs of 2018 in this sector and to consolidate its identity.
Until 24th January, the coffee roaster from Salerno is among the 1250 companies taking part in Sigep, the 39th edition of the leading event in the sector, where about 160,000 buyers from 180 different countries are expected.
This exhibition represents the right opportunity for Caffè Trucillo to introduce its Concept Bar from Salerno once again, a single bar counter with a double offer: Brew Bar on one hand, Espresso Bar on the other.
Innovation and tradition, world and Italy join together in a sensory journey, guiding our visitors through an emotional taste experience.
In the first case Trucillo offers three types of Caffè Specialty in cups, served through new methods of Brewing extraction: V60, Chemex, Syphon, French Press, Cold Brew, Aeropress intended for conscious consumers, focused on all the stages of the production process.
The Brew Bar machine will be also introduced in order to catch the attention of tasters. This latest model Marzocco “Leva” joins together advanced technologies and traditional ideologies.
Espresso Bar is instead characterized by all Trucillo’s blends and here the professional La Cimbali “M100” machine will be used.
In parallel with the exhibition, there will be celebrations to honor Trucillo Academy, which will take place at the new location of the historical coffee roaster from Salerno. In fact Trucillo Academy, symbol of great pride for Cesare Trucillo spa, celebrates its 20 years.
It was founded in 1998 thanks to the intuition of Fausta Colosimo, Managing Director of the company, with the mission of spreading the culture of Italian Quality Espresso.
Today it represents a manifesto, which places the quality of raw materials, products and training before all. 2018 will mark a new beginning: the Academy will celebrate its 20th anniversary proposing itself as a 360 degrees training center for operators in the HoReCa sector.
A series of new events will animate the Academy: it will be the epicenter of training activities, meetings, comparisons and sharing of experiences.
