MILAN – Since the opening of its first outlet at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2014, Turkish third wave coffee brand Espressolab has grown an important fan base among the young generation. Based in the Turkish capital, this fast growing company dubs itself as Turkey’s most innovative coffee shop chain.
It has a roasting plant and 65 stores in Turkey (with locations in Ä°stanbul, Ankara, Konya, Mersin, Adana, Sivas, Trabzon, Kastamonu, Cappadocia) as well as in 13 foreign countries including Egypt, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan. A new store is opening soon in Casablanca, Morocco.
The company offers a variety of coffee beverages brewed with freshly roasted, sustainably grown gourmet coffee beans from the world’s best origins as well as a selected choice of pastry and bakery.
In addition to that, Espressolab produces its own milk in a 50,000 square metre farmland situated in Vize, Kırklarel, Turkey.
Espressolab sources its beans by visiting coffee farms in Tanzania, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil and Kenya and develops programs that support local coffee producers. Blends and roasting profiles are constantly updated under the guidance of world-renowned coffee expert Renato Correira.
Advancing towards becoming a global brand, the company aims to increase its number of stores to a total of 100 by 2020.
