MILAN – Thanks to Expo Plaza and Fiera Milano Platform TuttoFood is gearing up for an even more innovative edition to be experienced in person. International events continue and new prestigious partnerships are added. TuttoFoodis enhancing the events for the upcoming appointments that will be held along with Host, at fieramilano from 22 to 26 October, to offer an even more effective event to be enjoyed in person making available to exhibitors and visitors the features of the Fiera Milano Platform: hi-tech solutions that enable a “hybrid” experience – physical and digital – that allows all stakeholders to get in direct contact through an aware community.
Modular solutions that not only expand business opportunities and networking possibilities, but that also create new contact opportunities not only at the exhibition, but also through dedicated portals, websites, smart apps, event streaming and remote matching.
Among the points of strengths is Expo Plaza, a technological solution that goes beyond the concept of a digital catalogue. Each exhibitor at the expo can also be contacted via chat and can customise their own page, creating content to share with visitors: an event calendar, documents, information, videos, streaming and so on.
But there’s more: the exhibition days are getting richer by the day thanks to international events that create synergies with Fiera Milano’s other events dedicated to Italian excellence, such as Host and BIT. After the success of Risotto Quest, which brought chefs and experts together in Dubai around the dish that is the symbol of Northern Italian cuisine, the three events performed an encore in Dubai during the last Gulfood with the Pasta Challenge in collaboration with The Emirates Culinary Guild: a large team of chefs from the best Italian restaurants in the Gulf that challenged each other with tagliatelle and spaghetti in an international semifinal that saw the young Chef Saumya Tamrakar of the BiCE Ristorante at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, opting for lobster ravioli with mushrooms, and Chef Christian Carrieri of La Strega Restaurant at the Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai who instead prepared tagliatelle with pesto sauce and prawn tartare to whom a well-deserved victory went.
In terms of market insight, TUTTOFOOD is adding to its already numerous partnerships a new agreement with DNV, one of the most authoritative international certification bodies that stands out for its many researches and analyses in the sector, including those on the agri-food industry.
