UK Coffee Week 2015 (4 – 10 May 2015) is a nationwide fundraising initiative that supports coffee growing countries through the vibrancy of coffee culture. All funds raised during the week go directly towards Project Waterfall to bring clean water to coffee growing communities.
Its mission is to create a united platform where coffee operators, trade professionals and consumers can join together in celebration of the coffee industry and raise funds to give back to the communities which grow our coffee.
During UK Coffee Week, coffee shops across the UK engage customers through in-store activities which celebrate the vibrancy of coffee culture whilst raising money to support Project Waterfall. Activities include coffee tastings, latte art classes, live music and craft events, competitions and a host of unique experiences tailored to local coffee shops.
The London Coffee Festival (30 Apr-03 May 2015) is the launch event of UK Coffee Week and celebrates London’s vibrant coffee scene. 50% of all ticket sales go directly towards Project Waterfall.
