MILAN – Ultramar Caffè, a company of the Ultramar Invest Group located in Fano (PU), strengthened its commitment in the packaging of private labelled capsules, of powder product capsules, of granulate and leaf product capsules.
Strengthening of human resources
The increase of employees exceeded 50 people, with a reinforcement of our production, R&D departments, management and quality control areas.
Research and development
This activity is focused mainly on the research of innovative packaging materials, capable to further improve the quality of Ultramar Caffè products, with important results that brought to the introduction of a new Dolce Gusto© compatible capsule by thermoforming, having a barrier that lasts up to 24 months, giving a performance of absolute quality.
Environment and eco-sustainability
An important result has been obtained in terms of eco-sustainability. Thanks to the continuation of R&D, carried out in cooperation with our material and machinery suppliers, two new production lines have been realized and are dedicated to the organic coffee, that is packed in self-protected and compostable capsules (compatible with Nespresso© machines).
Products for the packaging
The range of products available for the packaging in compatible capsules has increased reaching 52 blends, many of which are innovative and highly appreciated by customers from all over the world.
Packaging lines and production capacity
Five packaging lines are installed and destinated to grow further in accordance with the development plans foreseen by Ultramar Caffè. The production capacity has increased reaching 600 million capsules/year. The packaging line for the coffee beens, for 1 kg and 0.5 kg bags, and for the ground coffee of 250 gr. packets is now in full activity.
14 Exhibitions in 2017 represent the company’s presence in the world, in particular in Europe, Asia, Middle East and America, in which Ultramar Caffè, from the Marche region in Italy, has become known and appreciated for its professionalism and for the quality of its work.
“Host” – Unmissable is the participation of Ultramar Caffè to this exhibition, that better than any other trade fair is representative of the excellences of the sector. Also during this edition visitors will be welcomed to our stand to get to know better and appreciate the activities to which Ultramar Caffè is committed, also to meet our management and sales staff.
