UAE’s coffee chain Coffee Planet has launched its “Coffee Planet Bean Lover”, a phone app for free on iOS and Android devices.
Aimed at connecting consumers to everything within the brand – including the Coffee Planet Loyalty Programme, promotions and brew guides – the app will also direct users to the nearest Coffee Planet outlet based on real-time location.
Coffee Planet’s Bean Lover Loyalty programme ties in with the mobile application, enabling users to earn points and rewards for being a loyal customer. By using the mobile phone to scan a QR code with every Coffee Planet purchased at branded cafés or selected ENOC stations, users get one free for every nine coffees purchased.
Other features include connecting social media profiles to the app, sharing photos of coffee via the app’s “Coffee Cam”, and connecting with other Coffee Planet Bean Lovers.
In addition, the app hosts a Brew Guide that has hints and how-to’s on the best and most popular extraction methods and coffee gadgets.
The Coffee Planet Bean Lover application is available on Apple iStore and Google Playstore.
