SEATTLE – Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. announced that it has Filed and had accepted its Form 10 Registration of Securities with the U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission in order to become a fully reporting issuer.

CEO Barry Henthorn stated: “Now that we have filed our Form 10 and all required audited financials we will be aggressively pursuing moving Baristas to a senior exchange and completing new business ventures.
Completing this step allows us to move forward with the primary goals of the Company and to expand upon recent opportunities.
