ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) announced today that it has partnered with Blended Giving Coffee, a new, fundraising coffee company, to support and raise the awareness of impoverished coffee growers and those disadvantaged communities where the coffee is grown.
The UPSL has created its own private label coffee and for every bag sold a percentage of the proceedswill go towards worthy causes such as medical clinic repairs and local based groups that support coffee farming families in these underdeveloped communities.
United Premier Soccer League President Leonel Lopez commented, “We are very excited to partner with Blended Giving Coffee. We are all very blessed to be living and having all the great gifts in life but some are not so fortunate.
Partnering with Blended Giving is an opportunity for the UPSL and its teams and fans to give back to those less fortunate. United Premier Soccer League (UPSL)
The (UPSL) United Premier Soccer League was established in 2011.
The USPL currently has 12 teams all in the Southwest with a projected 20 plus teams in 2014/15. With the addition of additional teams in the Southwest Region, the United Premier Soccer League is one of Southern California’s fastest growing men’s amateurs League.
Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining UPSL minimum standards.
The UPSL is officially affiliated with both Cal South and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
The league is focused on league sponsorship’s to grow the league and increase the quality of play and improve and upgrade playing facilities. The UPSL’s regular season runs from September through March making it one of the few professionally run soccer leagues in the United States that runs through winter.
Current UPSL teams include: OC Crew, Club Cuervos, Empire FC, FC Toros, Inland Empire FC, LA South Bay, Nexaca Soccer Academy, New York Fill Academy, OC Legends, S.A.United, Santa Ana Winds SC, So Cal United.
