SEATTLE – The Symposium 2015 of the Specialty Coffee Association of America opens today at the Benaroya Hall, in Seattle.

For six years now, the Symposium has been a place to explore the future possibilities in coffee and take a look at where we are headed, but it also allows to take a step back and look at the current state of our industry, assessing where we have been and where we are now.

The Symposium celebrates new thinking in coffee – innovative ways to address our challenges, concepts that build our businesses, and fuel to push the industry forward.

The program covers a variety of topics concerning the entire coffee chain, with qualified speakers from around the world.
