WHITTIER – SOLID Coffee Roasters is proud to announce the opening of the SOLID Tasting Room in Whittier, California.
This new endeavor allows SOLID to create an interactive atmosphere where sight and taste in regards to all things coffee collide.
SOLID Coffee will be roasted on their unique 5-kilo Renegade Roaster, which is perfect for custom roast-to-order, while having enough power to keep up with high volume demand.
From 7am- 12pm SOLID is opening their world of sourcing, roasting and brewing to the public so they can experience the art and the culture of coffee at it’s purest state.
Unique Characteristics of SOLID Tasting Room:
The SOLID tasting room caters to groups or individuals looking for a simple cup of hand poured coffee to purchase or others wanting more of a coffee education. Specialized coffee experiences during the SOLID Tasting Room hours include, “SOLID Ritual Experience”, where our trained baristas will offer the options of:
- 1 Bean brewed 3 different ways (Aeropress, Pour Over, and Chemex)
- 3 Beans brewed 1 way (Aeropress, Pour Over or Chemex)
*Both options are for a duration of 30 minutes with a cost of $20.00
“Through this, individuals can experience organic beans roasted on high quality equipment and be educated by an experienced and trained roaster. Having recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary on October 2014, SOLID is excited to start the new year by opening the SOLID Tasting Room invite to elevate the coffee experience for others and share what they love through an interactive way.
Quickly growing in popularity, SOLID Coffee has made appearances at events ranging from 50,000-80,000 people, to intimate weddings, business and non-profit fundraisers, and city-wide food festivals. SOLID Coffee can also be found in stores all over Southern California.
