Established at the beginning of the 1980s, thanks to the insight of its founder Ivan Padelli, Gruppo Gimoka is now one of the leading coffee roasting companies in Italy. The Group controls the entire value chain: from raw material supplies to carrying out delicate roasting and grinding phases, followed by filling and packaging.

The core business is divided into two business units: a ground and beans coffee unit and a single-pack unit. This enables the company to continually develop specific expertise, in terms of technology and quality, whereby it has become a privileged partner in developing private label projects with leading international, roasting and retail firms and to be present ̶ in Italy and abroad ̶ both in the professional sector (Ho.Re.Ca., OCS and Vending) and home sector with its own brands.

Thanks to the acquisition of Univerciok in 2019, the Group has integrated its offer in the traditional At-Home and Out-of-Home sectors by developing and producing soluble products and beverages.

The continuous expansion of the last few years, with growing turnover, has allowed the company to start new and interesting projects, which bring the company, in the coming years, to achieve a very competitive position in the Vending market.
