Venditalia 2015 closes with a bang

Numerous trade visitors, great satisfaction of exhibitors who presented innovative projects: vending restarts.

Venditalia 2015 closes with a bang. Venditalia 2015 Special Edition closed on Wednesday. The event was held simultaneously with Tuttofood 2015, the food sector fair organized by Fiera Milano in the opening days of Expo 2015.

Vending companies, exhibiting in Hall 18 and the adjoining Ho.Re.Ca. Hall, presented the latest applications and technological solutions, the result of research and new investment, in order to promote a better and more functional interaction between machine and consumer.

The proposals of exhibiting companies show how the vending machine is no longer just a tool for the delivery of a product, but is increasingly interactive technology to support multiple channels (canteens, automatic bar, retail, etc.) that can also “personalize” in function of the different profiling of users.

Inside Venditalia 2015 Special Edition an area was focused on the company projects on food sustainability; significant the path graph, created by CONFIDA, the Italian Vending Association, to illustrate the best practices for a Sustainable Vending.

“While it is due to express appreciation for this Special Edition of Venditalia that brilliantly confirmed to be the Hall of innovation and business proposals for Vending, I would also point out that thanks to the visibility of a dedicated area on sustainability issues in the Vending it was possible to give visibility to a sector that can satisfy the needs of consumers, increasingly aware, and provide concrete solutions for sustainable development ” says Piero Angelo Lazzari, President of CONFIDA.

Tuttofood recorded a + 40.8% for the professional visitors UFI certified, which reached 78,493 people: significant increase of foreign visitors, + 78.7%, from 119 countries. Italians are no different, they record, in fact, an increase of 25.3%.
