DUBAI, UAE – From 11 to 13 January, Victoria Arduino is flying to Dubai for the World of Coffee where the brand will be the official sponsor of the UAE Barista Championship and of the Roaster Village. The stylised eagle, the symbol of the trademark that has gathered all requirements and transformed them into technology, materials and experience, will be offering various training courses to provide baristas with the best innovations for coffee extraction and grinding along with high quality steam production in a contemporary and distinctive design.

The competing baristas representing the Arab Emirates at the forthcoming 2023 World Barista Championship will be using Victoria Arduino Eagle One and Mythos MY75.
The innovative NEO technology of Eagle One, that guarantees high performance and reduced consumption, and the control and precision of Mythos will support the baristas as they seek to reach their objective: Athens 2023.
In the Roaster Village area, more than 40 Victoria Arduino E1 Primas will be alongside the same number of roasters to offer an exclusive experience in the cup to the visitors at the main event in the Middle East world of coffee.
With E1 Prima, roasters will be able to create recipes that bring out all the flavours of their coffee. They can also use the app to share them with their customers to improve the sensorial experience in coffee shops, at home, in the office and in all spaces and locations where there’s a coffee corner.
The experience offered by the barista competition and the specialty coffee tasting presented by roasters will be further enriched with the activities on offer at the Victoria Arduino Z5-F60 stand.
Every day from 11.30am to 12pm, UK Brewers Cup 2020 champion, Matteo D’Ottavio will present PureBrew Coffee and Tea. From 1.30 to 2pm there will be an in-depth explanation of how to froth milk and plant-based drinks using Eagle One Easycream technology with Damian Burgess form Alpro. 3 to 4pm will be the PureBrew Happy Hour.
Vittorio Agosti, the Fabbri brand ambassador, will prepare various PureBrew-based cocktails.
