Starbucks Corporation, one of the world’s leading coffeehouses, is sponsoring a special coffee tasting in Hanoi on July 19 entitled “Hanh trinh tu hat đen tach ca phe” (From coffee bean to a cup of coffee).
Starbucks Coffee Vietnam said of the event, “This is a chance for us to show our respect for coffee culture and present the innovative technology used in making Starbucks drinks.”
Those desiring to attend upcoming coffee tasting can get free-entrance tickets by answering questions on Facebook.
Starbucks opened its first store in Ho Chi Minh City in February 2013 and plans to roll out its first Hanoi location in the very near future.
Patricia Marques, general manager of Starbucks Coffee Vietnam, said the company planned hundreds of locations in Vietnam.
Talking to a reporter from Baodautu.vn, she said Starbucks was confident in its ability to build and develop the Starbucks brand in Vietnam.
