LECCE (Italy) – The Salento-based company Quarta Caffe’ will represent the whole of Italy at the World Barista Championship 2016.
The team, lead by Edoardo Quarta, the Italian Champion Angelo Segoni and Vito Spagnolo, is ready to face this important challenge with passion, competence and professionalism.
This challenge, whose goal is to promote contemporary culture and excellence from the world of coffee, will see the participation of national champions coming from over 60 countries worldwide.
Four espressos, four cappuccinos and four coffee based non-alcoholic signature drinks will be the sounding board for the contestants.
Baristas will have 15 minutes to astonish and amaze the jury with competence and professionalism.
