POLAND – What a demonstration of skill by chef Łukasz Roguski. He won the first place at the Poland National Selection by pushing boundaries and playing with textures, shapes, and flavours in a way that sparked excitement and tasty joy. Throughout his assignments, we saw how much he enjoys playing with textures and contrasting flavours.
As for chocolates, he went for milkier and caramelly options in more than one creation. For the chef, a new challenge begins today: the road to the World Chocolate Masters World Final as the Polish World Finalist.
In honour of the Play! theme, the contestant focused on playing with textures and contrasting flavours, while making sure fun was at the heart of each creation.
Łukasz showed his love for hints of caramel when he chose to feature Callebaut GOLD in most assignments.
The jury was convinced this chef had what it takes, and he will be representing Poland in the World Chocolate Masters World Final in 2025.
