Creative independent agency YOLO has won the Campos Coffee account in a non-competitive pitch. YOLO’s work with this Australian coffee company will include brand essence development, integrated campaigns, content strategy and development, outdoor, internal communications and culture development, as well as elements of in-store design.

The YOLO team has already travelled to Costa Rica, El Salvador, and they will soon travel to Kenya, to shoot campaigns and short films that bring the Campos Coffee brand, and its origins in supporting the farmers and communities that produce its coffee, to life.

On the Campos Coffee win, YOLO creative partner, Justine Metcalfe said: “It’s invigorating to work with a company and leader (founder Will Young) that is genuinely making the world a better place.

I’ve seen firsthand the work Campos is doing; it’s incredible. It makes every cup of Campos coffee I drink taste that little bit better knowing the back story. We’re really proud of the work we are doing with Campos, and we look forward to working together for a very long time.”

Campos Coffee president and founder Will Young commented: “For more than 10 years I’ve been trying to express our brand, and YOLO have helped us do this.

In regards to the brand work they have already produced – what they have developed, I couldn’t have expressed it better myself.

The team at Yolo are true partners – they’re invested in every aspect of our business – constantly thinking about what we can do and how we can grow. We’re very happy to be working with them.”

The first of YOLO’s brand work for Campos Coffee launched earlier this month on the Campos Coffee website.

The first Campos Coffee store opened in Australia in 2002, and since then it has grown with its café partner network across Australia.

Campos is currently expanding into China and the US, while continuing its ongoing work to support ethical and sustainable coffee production at its sites of origin around the world.
